Irene Tuzi is a PhD candidate at Sapienza University of Rome and Humboldt University of Berlin. Her research focus is on Syrian families displaced in Lebanon and Germany and the impact of displacement on gender roles and gender relations. She is currently based between Berlin and Beirut.
