Traditional songs of Aleppo in Bustan al-Qasr


Video shows Anti-Assad Protesters in Bustan Al-Qasr, Aleppo, in which a singer with a charming voice sings traditional songs rooted in Sufi mysticism and other popular songs after modifying their lyrics to fit with the revolution. The singer uses al Qudud Halabiyyah , (traditional vocal repertoire that originated in the city of Aleppo) to chant for the freedom of Syria.
