Horan's artist drew a caricature about the lifting of the ban on arming the Syrian opposition. While some people think this was a positive move, it will in fact hurt Syria, because the United States has not allowed for the kinds of weapons that will in fact help the Syrian people defend themselves. They are allowing the conflict to draw out longer.
