One of the people who were detained under the Assad security forces got out to taste the flavor of freedom. However, he didn't want to be alone in this, he wanted to share that with the new generation of children for then never to forget what the freedom tastes like. Freedom tastes like ice cream in Bennesh. He opened up an ice cream shop and named it "Taste the Flavor Freedom". The children of the neighborhood come to the store asking him to let them try different kind of ice cream. Some children ask to taste the freedom, others the revolution, and some others ask him to write things for them on the ice cream cup.  
 
He colors the cups with the revolutions colors and give them to the children to taste and know this sweet freedom had cost the Syrians a lot.
