People living in Yarmouk have been forced to eat cactuses. "There is nothing else in the market, so I bought 6 cactuses for 75 Syrian pounds, and prepared them as if they were beans," Yarmouk resident Mohammad Abul Majed explained. Source: Yahya al-Ashmaoui´s facebook page.
