Dr. Andres Barkil-Oteo is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at Yale School of Medicine. He is the co-founder of the Syrian Tele-mental Health Network, and the editor of an upcoming textbook from Oxford University Press on using telemental health in low-income settings.
