Souad Nawfal won the Homo Homini Award for human rights advocacy for leading a one-woman campaign against ISIS, protesting alone in front of their HQ in Raqqa for weeks.

The annual prize is given by the Czech NGO People in Need, and it celebrates the outstanding contributions of individuals to the promotion of human rights.
