Ameer Alhalbi

Ameer Alhalbi was born in Aleppo in 1996. He was awarded 2nd place for "spot news" in World Press Photo's 2017 contest, and was honored by the Canon company for his project "Rescued From the Rubble," which he worked on in Aleppo. His work has been recognized by several international awards. He now lives and works as a photographer in Paris and graduated from the Speos photography school in 2019.
